| I am not getting enough smoke, what am I doing wrong? | Top |
| The most likely reason is your arguily is not air tight. Double check the connections between the metal shaft / glass base, metal shaft / hose, and metal shaft / clay bowl.
After you have checked to ensure your arguily is air tight, the other reason could be that you don’t have enough charcoal on your bowl. Make sure to keep the charcoal around the edge of the arguily bowl.
Finally, make sure your clay bowl in not packed with tobacco and pressed. It should be sprinkled into the bowl. Sometimes the tobacco gets stuck in the holes of the clay bowl |

| The smoke is too harsh, what am I doing wrong? | Top |
| The most likely reason is that you have too many charcoals on your bowl. Remove some charcoals and if it is still harsh then that means you burnt the tobacco and will have to refill a new bowl.
Another problem could be too many / too big of holes poked into the aluminum foil. This makes the tobacco burn quickly.
Make sure you don’t have old or stale water which can contribute to the harsh taste. Again, make sure you clean your arguily after every use. This includes every item that makes up the arguily |

| Does arguily size matter in smoking experience? | Top |
| The answer to this question is ‘yes’ and ‘no.’ We’ve done our research and performed numerous tests. We’ve concluded that anything over 24 inches doesn’t significantly effect the smoking experience. Obviously, the glass chamber on the larger hookahs is larger allowing for more smoke to build up but the smoking experience is not noticeably different.
It all depends on how much smoking an arguily means to you and whether you are an avid or occasional smoker. I have seen very experienced smokers enjoying the most small arguily less than 20 inches tall. Most people as long as they hear the water bubbles during smoking they are enjoying their session |

| How long will each bowl of tobacco last? | Top |
| Most research and readings say it lasts approximately 45 minutes to an hour, depending on which brand of flavored tobacco is used. The more honey and glycerine in tobacco, the longer the tobacco will last. In general, when you feel the harshness of the tobacco after 45 minutes, it is time to refill. If harshness starts after 10 minutes of smoking, it means there is something wrong with set-up |

| How often should I clean my arguily? | Top |
| We recomend that you clean your arguily shaft, and base after every use. Maintaining a clean hookah is neccessary for providing an enjoyable smoke every time. Do not wash or soak your clay bowl, just rinse it with water. Otherwise it will absorb water and break. Do not wash the hose even if suppliers tell you it is washable. If it is a low quality just change it after 10-15 uses. If it is high quality like leather do not wash it. It will last you more than 50 smoking sessions.
